"This is one of my all-time favorite cuttings. There are up to five layers of cut paper throughout, and it measures 24" round. I love the effect of layering and the colors, and the flow of the flowers. It reminds me of my visit to Poland, watching a woman with gnarled hands, hardened from field work, wield a pair of sheep shears and carve out a delicate mandala of paper."
